Students First!

A Peek Inside the Building

  • 3rd grade chefs got to put their fraction and graphing knowledge to work! They compared fractions of pizza toppings, made a graph of the 3rd grade students' favorite pizza toppings, played fraction ball, and of course got to build their own pizzas!

A group of children in chef hats collaborates at a table, making pizzas with enthusiasm.

  • Students in Mrs.Goetz's first grade class completed an Eric Carle author study! Students read many different books by Eric Carle, made a hermit crab craft, graphed characters from Brown, Bear Brown Bear, played a Grouchy Ladybug math game, and learned interesting facts about Eric Carle!  Students retold the story, Little Cloud and illustrated their own clouds from the story!

Two boys are engaged in coloring activities, each working on their own vibrant coloring pages.

  • Our school is excited to be a ‘Heart Partner School’ with the American Heart Association! Our students participated in an assembly led by Ms. Theresa and now have the opportunity to join the Kids’ Heart Challenge and choose to move more or be kind!
